Email - Your email is never sold or used for any other purpose than our communication with you.

Deposits - All deposits are non-refundable. This is just to keep people from ordering portraits to see what they would look like without ever intending to purchase the portrait. There is much more work put into the portrait than is covered by the deposit.

Preview - One of the reasons our customers are satisfied is because all portraits can be previewed prior to purchase. If there is something you would like changed, we will do our best to correct it. If you decide you want a completely different photo worked up there will be an additional $20.00 charge for the change.

Payment - You do not make a payment outside of your deposit until you are happy with the portrait. We offer a couple of different ways to pay on our secure site. You can pay with a credit card or with PayPal. We do not accept checks, cash or money orders. For your security we will not enter your credit card information for you.

Shipping - Allow 24-72 hours for production time. We offer three shipping options: Priority (2-5 days) $10.25, Overnight (No Sat/Sun Delivery) $18.25, and Expedited (no Sat/Sun Delivery) $20.25. These are approximate prices based on delivery in the contiguous United States.

Returns - What to do if you receive a damaged portrait. If you receive a portrait that has been damaged in transport the first thing you need to do is email Sherry at Sherry@AndysPawPrints.com and provide a photo of the box your portrait arrived in if it is damaged and send us a photo of your portrait showing the damage.  We will contact our printer and provide this information so a reprint can be processed at no additional cost to you. An exact duplicate will be processed, and there will be no additional changes made to your original order.
